Photo Submissions

Users are responsible for obtaining consent to use any photograph image(s) that they upload for the purpose of creating their book.  By uploading content, such as images of people or persons, the user assumes responsibility for obtaining permission from all required parties. Mini Me’s is not responsible for any copyright infringement for images uploaded to www.minimesbooks.com that do not belong to the user or are not considered public domain.  It is the user's responsibility to make sure that the images uploaded are not obscene or defamatory.

The user agrees that neither Mini Me’s nor any of its directors, officers, employees, partners, affiliates or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use any Content.  We will remove and delete any photographs (child´s and/or adult’s) that the user has uploaded to Mini Me’s upon request via email to removephoto@minimes.com

Submissions

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of their submitted material, and are liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, or material which infringes the copyright of a third party.  Mini Me’s is not responsible for any liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from the use of any material posted on our website.

All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to Mini Me’s through this site (the "Submission") will forever be the property of Mini Me’s Books Ltd.
